DAY of DIY 2018

Craftin’ Outlaws is in our 13th year of celebrating craftiness in all its glittery glory.

We share with you all year long a monthly calendar of classes and workshops to keep you trying new mediums and finding new venues that support our DIY mission.

Last  year we kicked off DAY of DIY, which is a way to celebrate all of those passions with us. We are bringing it back with some slight modifications on September 8th.

You can join us for a full day of creative workshops and crafty fun while!
DAY of DIY provides a selection of handmade workshops followed by a creative happy hour experience.

The DAY will consist of 5 DIY classes! All materials and supplies are provided. It’s a perfect opportunity to learn a new skill or refine an old hobby while meeting like minded friends. Clear your schedule as classes start at 10am on Saturday September 8th. There will be a scheduled lunch break.*

DIY CLASSES ARE:
Block Printing
Pyrography Jewlery
Freehand Embroidery
Rolled Paper Art
Needle Felted Succulents

After a full day of making you’ll enjoy a much earned happy hour with craft cocktails, hor d’vouers and more craft stations from 6pm – 8pm.

Early bird tickets for DAY of DIY ,which includes all 5 classes and a free ticket to the happy hour close today.  Individual class sign ups will open August 15th. In total there are only 20 seats open for all classes. Grab your full day pass or an sit on on one class by signing up here.

We will also be partnering with retails shops in and around Columbus, online shops and some longtime friends that embrace and are the foundation of DIY year round! Simply shop from retailers you all ready love!

A portion of all sales from the DAY of DIY go towards keeping Craftin’ Outlaws operational and Midwest Craft Con, a creative retreat for small business owners, and our fiscal sponsor.

* There will be a lunch outing within walking distance but meals are not covered in the cost of the full day ticket.
